I was never a fan of Neutral Milk Hotel back in the day, being a young man in the late 90’s who stopped listening to music for nearly a decade after grunge flamed out and died. Although, seeing as I went to a liberal arts school in the Northeast, which had am active independent radio station and was within walking distance of not one but two music stores that could have come right out of Empire Records, maybe I could have tried a little harder to find out. Anyway, i didn’t find about about In An Aeroplane Over The Sea until well into the new millennium, along with many others. 

Anyway, I make a point of listening to the whole album on vinyl once every three or four months, as a way of clearing the creative pipes, like twee psychedelia Drano for the soul. Anyway, have a look below…
